As a proud mother, Vanya is extremely passionate about the benefits of yoga and attributes yoga to making pregnancy one of the most blissful times in her life. She is also founder and director of Cherished Life's Prenatal and Postpartum Program, which celebrates pregnancy and parenthood as a sacred rite of passage.
